Summary: The oil spill that happened in th Gulf of Mexico is similar to what could happen in Norway. This article says that other countries should learn from this mistake. Technology does not always work 100% of the time. Therefore countries, like Norway, should watch closely and know what to do if this were to ever happen to them. My Thoughts: I think this is a very good idea because obviously if there is a problem you need to learn how to fix it and prevent it in the future. If something major in the world happens, we've learned from history that the same thing could happen again in another country. So, knowning how to fix is a great idea.
